The Purple Passion Danio is a rarely found in the trade and wild caught in Thailand. Like most danios these fish are fast but friendly. A School of danios freely swimming in the aquarium will draw out the timid fish, since this is a sign in nature that the coast is clear. Hence danios are also called dither fish.
Purple Passion or Rose Danio have a solid purple reflective body, cleaner marking but similar to the turquoise danio.
